Everything you need to know to make a claim

If you've been involved in a car accident, make sure you're safe before getting in touch. Your claim doesn't have to be reported immediately if you don't feel safe or comfortable.

Windscreen or glass claim

There's no need to contact us - you can get in touch with our recommended windscreen provider directly.

Important: Good news! Windscreen claims don't affect your no claim discount and you don't even need your policy number to book!

All other claims

Give us a call and we'll put things right.

  • Have your registration number or policy number and any documents to hand
  • If your car is stolen report it to the police first and get a crime reference number (you'll need this when you call to claim)
  • Give us as much information as you can, including if any other vehicles, people or property were involved

Crash assistance

Have you notified the police? do you have a accident reference number? if so call the following number 01489 883264. We will then follow up with the police and notify them on the GPS location of your vehicle using the Smartplug you installed in your car, if the robbers have removed the Smartplug from the car it will be harder to track but we will report back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have an existing claim?

When you get back in touch with us regarding your claim, make sure you have your claim number along with any other documentation you have have regarding the incident.
