What is Telematics?
Telematics is the use of a Smartplug™ or Black box to calculate a drivers risk of being involved in an accident, based on their driving habits. Smartdriverclub Insurance uses this data to reward good driving with a discount at renewal.

Tip: Braking should be well timed and smooth, harsh, or last-minute braking will lead to your score being reduced
Night Driving
Tip: No Curfews – driving between 11pm and 5am will reduce your overall score making it less likely to achieve a discount
